We had a wonderful stay in this holiday home from July 31st to August 13th and can wholeheartedly recommend it. The hosts, Tonia and Nectarios, are exceptionally kind, warm, and helpful, and they go out of their way to ensure their guests feel completely at ease. The house is beautiful, modern, and new, very clean, and furnished with great attention to detail. We were particularly impressed by the large pool and the breathtaking views of the mountains and the sea. The sunsets over Kommos Bay are simply stunning. 🌅 The pool is filled with fresh water to which salt is added, making swimming especially pleasant. The location is also perfect: The house is situated in a lovely, small, and authentic village with good tavernas and a beautiful beach. It's pleasantly quiet here and not yet overrun with tourists. At the same time, you're just a stone's throw from lively Matala – the perfect combination of peace and quiet and a true holiday feeling. Another plus is that the towns of Mires and Tymbaki are within a 15-minute drive, both with proper supermarkets where you can get everything you need. An all-around perfect stay with wonderful hosts. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back!

First of all, the hospitality of our hosts Tonia & Nectarios was very warm and welcoming! They greeted us personally and left us a basket full of local gifts and information on the area. They were also very responsive to any needs or requests we had. By the end of our 2+ week stay, we felt like we’d become good friends! 2. The villa was beautiful! It was thoughtfully designed and the construction was flawless. We loved that each bedroom was designed equally, with only slight differences of the bathrooms. Each room had a sea view and separate climate control & one bedroom was located on the ground floor, if someone had difficulty with stairs. 3. Of course the views were wonderful, looking west to see the sunset every night. And the pool was so great! It wasn't large, but it was inviting, private and big enough to swim laps. 4. We also have to mention the village of Pitsidia. It was very quaint with a few little shops, markets, and lovely restaurants, where the food was excellent! It’s the perfect location for a relaxing holiday, and you can walk into town easily. But if you want a little more touristic activity you can drive 10 minutes and be in more lively towns. And of course the beaches are beautiful and reachable within minutes. So we had an amazing holiday at KommaSunset Villas and all our friends agreed! We would definitely recommend these villas and we would certainly love to return!
